The Wilderness

Nikki returns to the podcast to help us wrap up the story of Moses in Numbers and Deuteronomy. She and Hunter talk about their happy places, West Virginia, being wrong, and the perfect imperfections of our stories. But, on a more serious note, they discuss Numbers (not that many numbers, but still a lot of numbers), Deuteronomy (underrated, emotional), and Psalm 90 (sad).

However, the main focus of this episode is the idea of the wilderness. It’s figurative, it’s literal, it’s brutal, but it’s beautiful at the same time. The wilderness is a prominent theme in the Bible, and it is also a prominent reality in our lives. Nikki (as always) has great insight and helps this first quarter (!!) of the podcast come to a close.
