Last week we focused on the younger son whose sin was out in the open for all to see. The shock in the story was not his sin, but the extravagant love of his father. This week, as we focus on the older son, we are shocked to see that even in his obedience, he is further from the Father than his brother. Come find out how this obedient older son is more distant, desperate, and in greater danger than his wayward brother.
