Jesus in the City wk 1: When Jesus Moves Into Town

Jesus came from heaven, was born in Bethlehem, fled to Egypt, was raised in Nazareth, but the city that was his home was Capernaum. In Capernaum Jesus began ministry, invested himself into the people and the community, and began a ministry that would ripple outward to the whole world. All ministry begins in a local setting- with the people next to us, our neighbors, co-workers, family, friends.
