Join us for a weekly Lenten practice of fasting, prayer, and reflection every Wednesday through Lent.
Fasting: Every Wednesday, as a community, we will fast together. Fasting is a spiritual practice of self-denial. The purpose is to remove something for the sake of taking on more of Jesus. You can participate in a food fast by skipping one meal, two meals, or fasting for 24 hours (you could eat an early dinner on Tuesday, and then break your fast with a late dinner on Wednesday night). Feel free to cater it to what works for you and what you sense the Lord calling you to.
Prayer: At noon each Wednesday, we will gather over Zoom to pray together from 12-12:45 pm. Feel free to jump in or out at any point as your lunch break allows. You do not have to pray out loud; you can pray silently along with us if it makes you nervous. But we encourage you to join in!

Reflection: We have a different focus each week for reflection based on the sermon topic from the Sunday before. Please see them below. We will spend the season reflecting on where God has met us in the past, and where he is meeting us in the present.
